About our Children's Theatre Program

"After almost 200 children tried out for the 80 finale children spots of "High School Musical", we realized that we needed to develop a venue for many, many children to get their first featured roles in a production and to help develop confidence and talent of the younger children in our area," said Martinez. "We have high expectations and do challenge the children - after all this is a Starlight production, but we build in some special time and games to nurture them along the way." The children's division is specifically developed to give children one-on-one direction in acting, singing and dance in a specialized environment.
